Production Time

  • Standard: 1–2.5 business days (average 1 day)
  • Rush: 1–1.5 business days (average 1 day)

Tracking Time

Tracking numbers are updated at 8PM VN time daily. Immediate update supported upon request.

>90% of orders will show 'in transit' within 2–4 business days from order date (excluding weekends/holidays)

Label Notes

  • Supports both 'Ship By Seller' and 'Ship By Label'
  • Supports non-USPS labels like FedEx, UPS. Rapid not liable for delivery issues on external labels.

  • Full sizes/colors, common product types supported
  • Supports importing individual/custom blanks, with estimated delivery time

  • Front, Back, Left Sleeve, Right Sleeve, Neck
  • Special positions (corner/edge) via separate sheet

Cut-off Time (VN)

No official cut-off (recommended before 8PM VN time)

Return/Refund Policy

  • Orders in 'Processing' state can be canceled within 5 minutes on system or via support
  • Orders in 'Fulfilled' (Shipped) state cannot be canceled
  • Orders stuck in 'Preshipment' >7 business days: 100% refund or reship (Rapid Label only)
  • Orders in transit with no update >7 business days: 100% refund or reship (Rapid Label only)
  • Delivered but not received: Resend once (Rapid Label only)
  • Delivered but not received (seller label): No refund/resend. Contact carrier for GPS proof.
  • Delivered to wrong address: 100% refund/resend (Rapid Label within 15 days), 50% support (seller label, no shipping fee)
  • Printing error: 100% refund/reship with valid proof
  • Missing item: Resend or partial refund with evidence (within 7 days of delivery)
  • Incorrect address or return to sender: No support
  • Lost package by carrier: Refund/resend (Rapid Label only)
  • Product quality issue: Refund/resend with photo proof (within 7 days of delivery)

Important Note

Refund/resend support not available for force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.). We will notify if any.
