Delivered to wrong address: 100% refund/resend (Rapid Label within 15 days), 50% support (seller label, no shipping fee)
Printing error: 100% refund/reship with valid proof
Missing item: Resend or partial refund with evidence (within 7 days of delivery)
Incorrect address or return to sender: No support
Lost package by carrier: Refund/resend (Rapid Label only)
Product quality issue: Refund/resend with photo proof (within 7 days of delivery)
